I like it, maybe throw in some lead as well for the "wiring". Then on top of that make it more expensive in terms of components, mostly more adhesive and rare metal.

Personally I'd do a high Science! requirement in lieu of any lockpick or hacker, as most people would do this to not need those perks, just like taking Nick along in vanilla. How's that?
